Support

Answers to common questions. The Help tab in the app also has short videos and checks that find common widget problems on your iPhone.

Getting started

How do I set a wallpaper?

iOS doesn’t let apps change your wallpaper, so you save it first and then set it in Settings.

  1. In ThemeFit, open a wallpaper and tap Save to Photos. Both the Lock Screen and Home Screen images are saved. Allow access to add photos if asked.
  2. Open Settings > Wallpaper > Add New Wallpaper, tap Photos and choose the Lock Screen image. Tap Add.
  3. When iOS asks about the Home Screen, choose Customize Home Screen, tap Photos and pick the Home Screen image.

The Help tab in the app has a video of each step.

Can I use a live or moving wallpaper?

No. ThemeFit wallpapers are still images, because iOS doesn’t let apps install live or video wallpapers.

How do I make my own wallpaper?

On the Wallpapers tab, tap Make your own and choose a template. Tap each photo slot to add a photo, then add stickers, text and a background. Tap Next, then Save to Photos. Your design is also kept in Your creations. You pick photos with the iOS photo picker, so ThemeFit never sees the rest of your library.

How do I add a widget to my Home Screen?
  1. In ThemeFit, open the Widgets tab, choose a style, customize it and tap Save.
  2. Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
  3. Tap Edit in the top corner, then Add Widget.
  4. Search for ThemeFit, choose a widget and a size, and tap Add Widget.
  5. Tap Done.

The widget shows the style you saved most recently for that kind of widget.

How do I change a widget’s style?

Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget, tap Style and pick any style you’ve saved. Latest style means the widget follows the style you saved most recently. To change colors, fonts or text, edit the style in the app and save it again.

Are there Lock Screen widgets?

Not yet. ThemeFit widgets are for the Home Screen and come in small, medium and large.

How do I change the app’s language?

Open the Me tab and tap Language. ThemeFit is available in English, Vietnamese, Simplified Chinese, Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, Russian, Japanese and Korean. Your widgets use the same language.

Premium and billing

What do I get with Premium?

Every wallpaper, every Make your own template and every widget style, with no ads anywhere in the app. Premium is a weekly subscription, and the price for your region is shown in the app before you subscribe.

How does the free trial work?

If your Apple ID is eligible, the Premium screen offers a free trial and shows how long it lasts. You won’t be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, the weekly subscription starts and your Apple ID is charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then ThemeFit.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel the subscription.

I paid, but Premium isn’t active

Open the Premium screen in ThemeFit and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID you used to subscribe and that you’re online. The same steps bring Premium to a new iPhone.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What does “Watch a short ad to continue” do?

When you tap a premium wallpaper, template or widget style without Premium, you can watch one ad to unlock that item. It stays unlocked on this iPhone with no time limit. Ad unlocks are saved on your iPhone, so they’re lost if you delete the app, and an internet connection is needed to watch the ad.

Can my family share Premium?

No. Family Sharing isn’t available for ThemeFit Premium.

Ads and privacy

Why does ThemeFit show ads?

Ads keep the app free to use. Subscribing to Premium removes them.

Can I stop ads from being personalized?

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for ThemeFit. Ads will no longer use your activity in other companies’ apps and websites.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, you choose your ad consent on a form the first time you open ThemeFit. To choose again, delete and reinstall the app, or email us.

What data does ThemeFit collect?

There’s no account, and your photos, calendar, notes and countdowns stay on your iPhone. Ads, analytics and crash reports are handled by Google and Meta. Our Privacy Policy explains each one.

Widget problems

A widget is blank or white
  1. Open ThemeFit once, then go back to your Home Screen.
  2. If the widget is still blank, remove it and add it again.
  3. Update ThemeFit and iOS to the latest versions, then restart your iPhone.

If a widget stays blank in one size, tell us which widget, style and size, and your iPhone model.

My widget isn’t updating

iOS decides how often widgets refresh, to save battery.

  • Turn off Low Power Mode in Settings > Battery, which slows widget refreshes.
  • Open ThemeFit once; saving a style also refreshes your widgets.
  • Remove the widget and add it again.
ThemeFit isn’t in the widget gallery

Open ThemeFit once after installing or updating it, then try again. If it still doesn’t appear, restart your iPhone.

The Weather widget shows no location or no data

Go to Settings > ThemeFit > Location and choose While Using the App. Open ThemeFit once so it can find your location, and check that you’re online. Without location access, the widget shows the weather for the city in its style.

The Photo widget is empty

The Photo widget shows your Favorite photos, or a few recent ones if you have no Favorites.

  1. Go to Settings > ThemeFit > Photos and allow access.
  2. In the Photos app, tap the heart on a few photos to add them to Favorites.
  3. In ThemeFit, open your Photo style and tap Save again to pick up the new photos.

The photo changes every few minutes on a small widget and less often on medium and large ones.

The Calendar widget has no events

Go to Settings > ThemeFit > Calendars and choose Full Access. Make sure your events are in a calendar that’s turned on in the Calendar app. Events are read only on your iPhone.

Where are my notes and countdowns stored?

Only on your iPhone. They aren’t uploaded or synced, so they’re removed if you delete the app.

Wallpapers

Saving to Photos doesn’t work

Go to Settings > ThemeFit > Photos and allow Add Photos Only or Full Access. Also check that your iPhone has free storage.

How do I report a wallpaper?

Open the wallpaper, tap the … button and choose Report this wallpaper. Pick a reason, add details if you like and send it. We review every report.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting ThemeFit removes everything it stored on your iPhone. Wallpapers you saved stay in Photos. To delete a report you sent, email us with its approximate date.
